JOHNSON JOCULARITY: Fourth of July in Cedar City!

We had a reunion with our children (minus Jeff & Niki) enjoying the beautiful, and COOL summer weather in Cedar City over the 4th of July. So much fun to be together! Brian & Kira still live there while Brian goes to school. They arranged for a Condo for us all to stay in which made it so roomy and nice! We drove up from the HOT Phoenix furnace, Melissa drove down from Murray and we had a great time watching the parade, picnicking, lighting off TONS of fireworks (the aerial ones were awesome!), shooting rifles, shotguns, and hand guns, swimming in the reservoir, playing LOTS of games (Melissa brought some really good new ones to learn), and seeing TWO plays - Les Miserables, and To Kill a Mockingbird. It just doesn't get any better!!!

The only downside was that Kira wasn't able to participate in everything because of a broken collar bone. She had a bad bicycle accident the week before we arrived where she gashed her head as well. So she had staples in her head and her arm in a sling and we had to be very careful not to bump her. So sad not to be able to give her a hug - but what a trooper! Now I realize I didn't even get pictures of her... but I think she's grateful for that.
